Summer Wardrobe must haves
- Australian summer is knocking at the door, with the restrictions easing away slowly we are totally in a mood to celebrate. Melbourne summer is special and with 60 days of warmer days, i wish to make the most of it. So, let us give you a summer wardrobe Capsule makeover, here are my top picks and Summer trends of 2020. We always search for who wore what and can I replicate that look, here are some simple ways to get your summer wardrobe ready.
#Summer Dresses:
- Dresses are the perfect and obvious choices for summer, talking about the spring summer trends of 2020, here are the variations you can bring along to your dresses. Off shoulders/ vibrant prints/ classic whites/ 2piece dresses, the choices are enormous. Boho prints are totally in this summer, vibrant colors, block prints and florals are totally call for the season. Style them with a statement hat and a tote to finish the look. Patterns that are ruling this years Spring/Summer fashion are Statement sleeves , which could be puffed sleeves, off shoulders, frills to add to the drama or pleated patterns.
- I wore this spaghettis, high slit dress, by styling it with a shirt for a windy afternoon in Melbourne. Go ahead , experiment, like i did.
- Playsuits
They are my major style crush, easy to style and totally fashionable. Perfect for a backyard BBQ Luncheon or catching up friends for a cocktail get-together.
Jumpsuits
#Jumpsuits: Love these for those long road trips and house parties. Florals or classic stripes are always my pick for transitioning between spring to hot summer. They go very well as a workwear to dinner dress too. Perfect to camouflage those legs if you do not wish to show off yet look stylish.

- Floral Jackets
I find them pretty handy for those cooler summer nights, when you got to wear those spagetti dresses. Works well with monotone colors and gives you a casual chic look.
#Shirt dress: Don’t throw away your oversized shirts, style them differently this summer to get that look. Style it with a corset / Statement belt to complete the look. Styling tip: Hussle around your husbands’ wardrobe to grab that white oversized shirt to style the look. With so many options to wear and flaunt this summer, make sure to stay fashionable.

Denims are for all seasons; denim skirts and shorts would be my pick for summer. Styling them with a beautiful statement scarf and a tank top or choosing to just leave them on with a floral top. Whatever you choose, make sure to add your personal glam to your outfit.
- Scarfs
