When does someone ask you this what all factors you need to keep in mind planning your Spring Carnival Wardrobe?

A day out to the races is listed in every women’s calendar, so is mine. Here it is, what to keep in mind where getting ready for the Racing Carnival.

Outfit:

A race that declares a public Holiday for the nation, deserves an outfit that turns the head. Spring being in in full swing does allow us to go floral. Spring is all about colors, so don’t hold back yourself to experiment with a vibrant color splurge and floral trends.

Stripes or Floral? The choice is yours!

Statement Sleeves does the magic always for me, so if you’re not planning to go floral head to toe adding a bit of drama to your outfit does the work.

Shoes:

Neutral or Nude? Shoes are important if your experimenting too much with your outfit and headpiece, so I prefer to go nude with my heels, to keep the attention on either my fascinator or my outfit.

Statement Head Gear (The Fascinators):

Metallic Headgears, Bandanas or Floral Crowns, the Racing Carnival is all about the perfect statement Headgear. The Fascinators are the game changers, which makes you stand out, so while picking that statement Head gear make sure to keep it bold and stylish.

Killer Accessories :

A day affair calls in for minimum and clean & fresh look, so I prefer no experiments with the accessories. They ideally should be the bare minimum and less is always more when it comes to accessorizing the race day outfit.

So, ladies, go out to the Races in the best and most stylish way you can and don’t forget to share your look for the rest of the races, I would love to see them all.
