Spring is one of my favourite season of the year if you’re a Melbournian you wouldn’t deny the fact we wait 9 long months for the warmer days to arrive. What would be the best way to celebrate the onset of Spring with these Gorgeous colourful Tulips!

Tesselaar Tulip Festival Melbourne

I make sure not to miss this yearly festival especially if you have a little one, then it becomes a customary tradition to mark your calendars during the Tesslar Tulip Festival Children’s week.

Tulip festival melbourne

This is by far one of my favourite festival in Melbourne, Victoria.

Just an hour drive away to the Dandenong Ranges, this year we ventured out with my little one along with her friends to spend the Children’s week.

The AFL Long weekend, just got merrier this year with these colourful blossoms.

Tulips are often synonyms for the Dutch but these flowers never originated from Netherlands, these were the Dutch Obsessions.

So, if you’re wondering what to do this Spring, especially with the School holidays, I would highly recommend tagging along with your little one drive here. There are a plethora of activities for the kids, the face painting is one that is not to be missed just at 10AUD.

The festival is still running, so if you love nature and want some insta-worthy moments with these Tulips head to the picturesque farms until 15th of Oct.

The entry is nominal for AUD 28/adult and kids are free during the Children’s week.
